About Me

I am a nonprofit organizational strategist, fundraiser, and manager with over 20 years of experience. My work is rooted in clear, effective processes that drive organizational success. I collaborate with nonprofits of all sizes, across diverse sectors and stages of development, prioritizing relationships to understand what leaders and teams need to thrive.

I began my career at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute before joining the Harvard College Fund, where I managed reunion campaigns and individual donors. Fundraising totals for marquee reunion classes often reached eight or nine figures, reinforcing my passion for strategic, collaborative philanthropy.

As a manager, I have focused on training staff and volunteers, optimizing operations, and fostering collaboration. At Harvard Medical School, I built a new team and infrastructure to support individual and annual giving, reunion and alumni engagement, marketing, publishing, and more.

I have applied my experience to organizations large and small, spanning the arts, science and medicine, and education.

Though I still claim Florida as my “home”—where I spent eight formative years in Gator Nation—I’ve lived in the Boston area for more than half my life. After attending Smith College and a brief stint in professional theater in Baltimore, I settled in Boston. I now live in Newton, MA, with my husband and two teenagers, balancing a schedule packed with ice hockey and travel adventures. Whenever possible, I’m outdoors with my dog or at my favorite CrossFit gym.
